Hi, everyone!
It's been a couple or more years since my last activity here on deviantArt.
Wow so many changes here on the site!
I like how it look now, has a vibe of a more professional feel to it.
I really miss doing everything on this site like how it was before.
DeviantArt doesn't seem like how it used to, but I see something new and better, at the very least I can still feel a bit of the nostalgia feel from it.
One of the reason of my inactivity is because I'm working on a comic project.
It took me a couple of years of work, but I finally has it finished!
So want to announce that the comic has been published!
It's now published weekly on a comic site named INKR comics
The title is:
It's about a high school girl and lives an ordinary live until she was forced to have a contract bound with a huge wolf from another realm to be her pet.
You can read it online here: https://inkr.page.link/NCxLefBRZnhPGV4Z7
Here's more of the summary:
The human world has a door that connects it to other realms, and some humans have God’s lineage
Anggie is one of them, and she has a contract with the warlord Fenrir, who acts as her pet
If you're someone who like the genre fantasy, comedy, and romance, there is a chance that you might like it.
It would mean the world for me if you would take a peek inside!
All in all, it was the most wholesome work experience I had so far!
Deadlines are no joke for this kind of project.
You have to finish around 40 panels of colored comic, every week!
That's nearly around 35-40 hours of constant strain of intense drawing and staring at the monitor, and I don't mean it like office work hours, it's really pure concentration of constant drawing.
I used to sleep for only 3-4 hours for 2 days straight when deadline is near.
It's very unhealthy if done by only 1 person!
Yes, I made a bad decision by working on it all by myself. Should have hired 1-2 assistant for it, but it's hard to do if you don't know how to delegate the work fairly, so I decide keep working on it by myself for 2 years.
I was severely sleep deprived, and don't even have the time for a hair cut!
I even got chicken pox because of low immunity due to lack of sleep.
But it's also very fulfilling!
You get so much experience by drawing that intense, and I believe I learned so much from it.
I can draw way faster than I used to, and can determine pose and gesture swiftly.
If my journal doesn't bore you enough...
Another reason of my inactivity is also because of family issues.
You can read some of it from my sister's journal here:
Oh, and she's also working on a comic project from the same company that I was working , and hopefully will get her works published on INKR also, so check her out!
Now that the project is finished, I want to be back being active here again.
Creating new arts and post some of my arts that I made that I didn't have the time to post yet.
And maybe opening for a commission.
I hope that some of you still remember me.
You can look forward to see some of my new stuff posted here!
Cheers!
